Simonetta was called to the bar in 1993 and brings over 30 years of experience to her practice. As a Certified Specialist in Family Law, she is known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, taking the time to truly listen to clients and understand their circumstances while guiding them through complex financial and parenting matters, whether through negotiation or litigation.

Simonetta is also an Accredited Collaborative Lawyer and has previously served as Chair of the Durham Region Collaborative Practice Group, reflecting her strong belief in collaborative solutions where appropriate.
