Brad Zochodne was called to the bar in 2018. He focuses his practice on general civil litigation, covering a wide variety of areas of law such as construction law, real estate litigation and contract disputes. Brad has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court and Divisional Court. Brad is a member of the Durham Regional Law Association and has presented on civil litigation matters at the Law Association’s Fall Conference.
Brad was born and raised in Oshawa, Ontario. After he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, Brad traveled to Australia where he attended the University of Melbourne Law School.
Outside of the office Brad enjoys travelling, sports and spending time with his family.
