Kyle is a Partner in the firm’s Civil Litigation and Employment Group. His practice focuses primarily on employment law and commercial litigation, including shareholder/partnership disputes and real estate.
Kyle acts for both employees and employers, which gives him a unique perspective and knowledge on workplace issues. He strives to provide practical solutions that make use of his over twenty years of experience in litigation.
Kyle has successfully appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
