Ali was called to the Bar in 2017. Since then, Ali has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Ali has a broad family law practice and assists numerous clients in the preparation of domestic contracts, such Marriage Contracts and Separation Agreements, as well as in Family Court. Ali encourages his clients to address their matters through alternate dispute resolution methods such as negotiation and mediation, however, is also prepared to vigorously litigate their matter in court should the need arise. Ali regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Ali graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in 2014 and later completed his Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015. Prior to joining Walker Head Lawyers, Ali articled with a leading boutique litigation law firm in downtown Toronto.
Ali is a die-hard Toronto Raptors and sports fan who enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
