Paul Przybylo

Biography

Paul is a Partner with Walker Head Lawyers where he is the head of the Real Estate Department. Paul’s practice is focused on all areas of Real Estate including Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate and Municipal Law. Paul works with a wide variety of clients on a real estate and commercial bases which include buyers, sellers, and a variety of national institutional lenders. 

Paul’s Business Law practice includes a variety of aspects of franchise law, leasing matters and business law including share transactions, asset transactions, incorporations, reorganizations and other general corporate matters.

A lifelong Durham Region resident, Paul has been greatly invested in his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences located in Whitby, Ontario. Previously Paul was involved with the execution of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade where he serves as both the President and the Chair of the Board for numerous years. Other community involvement included being a member of Ontario Power Generation’s Technical Advisory Committee for OPG’s Repurposing of the Pickering Nuclear Power Plant and as a member of Durham Region Transit Advisory Committee.
