Ron is the senior family law lawyer at Walker, Head. He is also the Chair of the firm’s Family Law Group.  Ron practices exclusively in family law. He is an accredited Level Two Collaborative Family Law Lawyer and an advocate of Collaborative Family Law. Ron is also a trained Mediator/Arbitrator. Ron serves as a Director for the Collaborative Law Association of Durham Region and is an active member.

 
Ron has extensive experience negotiating separation agreements, resolving matters on marriage breakdown and in negotiating cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. Ron is also an experienced family law litigator.

 
Ron currently serves on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel regarding child protection matters and is a past panel member for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
