Paula is an associate with Walker Head. She is a member of the firm’s Family Law Group and Civil Litigation Group. Paula’s areas of practice include family law and general civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury matters.

Paula is a Level Two Collaborative Family Law Lawyer and an advocate of Collaborative Family Law. Paula’s family law experience includes negotiating separation agreements, resolving matters on marriage breakdown and in negotiating cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. Paula is an experienced family and civil law litigator. Her civil litigation experience includes actions for breach of contract, slip and falls, sexual assault, disability claims and property claims.

 
Paula has conducted numerous trials on her own and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

 
 
Paula is currently serving as a Director for the Durham Region Law Association. She has also served in the past as a Director for the Association for Community Living, Ajax-Pickering-Whitby and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ajax-Pickering.
