Paul articled with Walker, Head and became an associate with the firm upon his call to the Bar. Paul is a member of the firm’s Business Law Group. 
Paul’s area of practice is business law.

Paul has experience with a variety of corporate matters including incorporations, review and drafting of commercial agreements and leases, shareholders agreements, purchase and sale agreements and intellectual property licences.

Paul is also a member of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade.
