Kyle articled with Walker, Head and became an associate with the firm upon his call to the Bar. Kyle is a member of the firm’s Civil Litigation Group.  
Kyle’s areas of practice include civil litigation, employment law, personal injury, professional negligence and class actions.

Kyle is developing a broad civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment law. His civil litigation experience includes real estate litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debtor/creditor litigation and product liability claims.

Kyle has conducted his own trials before the Superior Court of Justice and has assisted the Chair of the Civil Litigation Group with various class action and commercial trials.

Kyle also currently serves as a Director of the Durham Community Foundation.
