  • Probate Applications (with or without a Will), including re-sealing out-of-province Probate Grants, and Applications for Succeeding Estate Trustees;
  • Assisting Estate Trustees with Applications to Pass Estate Accounts when required

  • Representing Estate Trustees and Beneficiaries in Will challenges, Will interpretations, and contested Passing of Estate Accounts
  • Dependant Support Proceedings
  • Guardianship: Court Applications for Guardian of Property and Guardian of Person
  • Walker, Head’s Wills and Estates Department is able to provide clients with assistance both in pre-death planning and after-death administration and conflict resolution.
  • The Estate Planning team offers expertise with a number of different planning options.
  • The Estate Administration and Litigation department is experienced in offering assistance in post-death matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
