Dana was called to the bar in 2006 and practices exclusively in the area of family law.
Dana represents clients at the Superior Court of Justice and through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. She is a skilled litigator and excels in resolving complex family law disputes. Dana works together with her clients to reach positive, practical and cost-effective resolutions to their legal issues.
Dana’s practice encompasses all issues relating to family law, such as property division (equalization), spousal support, child support, child protection, custody and access. She is also experienced in negotiating and drafting all forms of domestic contracts including Separation Agreements, Marriage Contracts and Cohabitation Agreements.
As a former agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, Dana has experience representing children in both custody/access and child protection cases.
Dana completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University and her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario.
